Robotic Donor Hepatectomy: Ad Meliora?

Introduction: Robotic right donor hepatectomy (RDH) has been described recently as an alternative to open (ODH). Experienced centres have demonstrated shorter hospital stay compared in this study, we the quality of life (QOL) between RDH and ODH at three months following surgery. Methods: A total 154 consecutive hepatectomies (open robotic) were recruited.
